The Site is primarily intended for parents, guardians, educators, and adults interested in Olibubu's content and products. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before sharing any personal information (like your email) with us.

Everything on this Site — the Olibubu name, logo, character designs, illustrations, videos, written copy, music, and overall "look and feel" — is owned by Olibubu or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, share, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content commercially without our written permission
- Use the Olibubu name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse your product or service
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our content
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
4. How you agree to behave
When using the Site, please don't:
- Try to hack, break, overload, or otherwise mess with our servers
- Use automated scrapers or bots (other than well-behaved search engine crawlers)

5. Coming soon — services & products
Our videos, coloring books, and other products are currently in development. When they launch, they may be distributed through third-party platforms (YouTube Kids, Amazon, etc.) and those platforms' terms will apply to your purchase or viewing. We'll add specific terms here as we launch each one.
6. Links to other sites
Our Site may contain links to other websites (like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Amazon). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. When you leave our Site, their terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, you agree that we can send you occasional updates about Olibubu. You can unsubscribe any time — there's a link in every newsletter, or you can email us directly.
8. Disclaimers
We provide the Site "as is" and "as available." While we try hard to keep everything working smoothly, we can't guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We don't guarantee that information on the Site is complete or always up-to-date, though we do our best.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Olibubu and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed USD $100.
This section doesn't limit liability for things the law doesn't allow us to exclude, such as liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For major changes, we'll also post a notice on the homepage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country and state/province where Olibubu is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
